He began his career prosecuting vehicular crimes including DUI, Aggravated Assault and Manslaughter cases. Having won many trials and learned the court process, Donn went on to work for a large insurance company defending personal injury claims. After honing his skills even further in the civil arena, Donn began to practice exclusively in the realm of plaintiff personal injury and has focused his work in this area of law since 2002. He has successfully resolved over two thousand cases and has earned a reputation as a creative and client-driven advocate with a rich understanding of plaintiff’s personal injury law. He is lead co-counsel for some of the largest and most distinguished law firms in Arizona.

Donn is a member of the Arizona State Bar, American Bar Association, and the Arizona Association for Justice. He is licensed in all Arizona Courts, both at the State and Federal levels.

In his free time, Donn enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and golfing.
